Q: I am interested in producing a Show for OC16. What do I need to do?
A: Submit a spec or pilot episode at least 10 minutes long on DVD or video link. Hand deliver, mail or e-mail it to:

Include any pertinent information relating to your program and production company. We view submissions monthly and if we feel that your show would be a good addition to OC16 we will call you to set up a meeting. Contracts, policies and technical information would be discussed at that time. We will not accept walk-in appointments so please leave your contact information so that we may contact you. We prefer 30-minute shows as opposed to hour-long shows. And as a corporate policy, you will be required to purchase Professional Errors and Omissions insurance prior to air. If you do not have an insurance agent, we can provide you with a contact.

 

Q: Why am I not able to view any videos on your website?
A: In Hawaii, the live stream and video players are exclusive to Oceanic Time Warner Cable customers only. You will need to authenticate your account with your Oceanic Bill Pay username and password. To create a username and password, please visit www.oceanic.com/register. If you have a log in and are still unable to access videos, please send us the phone number associated with your account and we will reset it for you. Starting June 1, 2017, you will need to log in with your TWC ID. Go to www.twc.com/register to set up your TWC ID.

 

Q: I’ve exceeded my login attempts. How do I reset it?

Q: I’d like to get more information about an episode of an OC16 show.

Q: How do I purchase a copy of a sports event I’ve seen on OC16 Sports?
A: Please visit our SHOP page to order DVDs of our past live broadcasts.

 

Q: I’m having trouble viewing the live streaming, any tips?
A: A high speed, broadband modem is needed to view the webcast. We also recommend that you use Firefox as your browser for optimum viewing.

 

Q: When will games be rebroadcast?
A: Generally encore performances of games are later that night at 10:30pm for events on Fridays or Saturdays. For a complete schedule listing, please go to the Schedules Page and click on the channel you’d like to search.

 

Q: How do you select which teams are shown?
A: OC16 Sports works in tandem with the various leagues to select the teams and matches. We regret that not every team or event can be accommodated.

 

Q: How come my favorite sport isn’t on OC16?

A: We really try to bring all of the sports that are in demand the most by our viewers. We currently feature more than 90 nights of high school sports competition, this is the most comprehensive coverage of local sports.
